Our clients have a choice to create their very own menu and students learn the culinary skills and techniques from our team of experienced chefs.     We are a team of service professionals as we walk the talk. Learn to juggle trays with glasses, and tango with plates and cutleries. We slow-dance with you and your students as they learn the tricks behind the birds-of-paradise napkin, and balancing the tray of glasses.

    Who doesn't like the gusto of a mixologist? We will inspire you and your students to learn how to stack the Shirley temple with a steady hand, to stirring up a Moscow mule, and shaking up a refreshing Mojito. That's how we rock & roll in OPPI, and that's how the students will be.

    It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Kitchensq during the Culinary Skills Elective Module. Their staff are warm in their interactions with the students and their lessons very engaging. My students have benefited much from the programme, and still enthused about the skills learnt and their experience during the module. Chef Kamal and Ms Kaixuan have been especially professional throughout the entire process, prompt in their replies and readily accommodated requests and feedback.
